The Whitebrook Restaurant with Rooms celebrates a decade of one Michelin star
Sustainability has been at the core of chef Chris Harrod's ethos since he launched in 2013, winning a Michelin star within 11 months. He and his team have been recognised for this dedication by the prestigious Michelin Guide as they were one of just six restaurants to be awarded a Green Star in the year he marks 10 years of Michelin star success.
Chris' inspiration comes from his unique surroundings in the Wye Valley. From growing heritage vegetables in his kitchen garden, creating an orchard in The Whitebrook grounds and foraging local hedgerows, woodlands & estuaries to working closely with artisan growers & producers, careful consideration for the environment is always a top priority.
